SOCIAL JUSTICE THROUGH MUSIC
Among our diverse students are children of John Jay College of Criminal Justice faculty and staff, John Jay College students, and children of new immigrants who receive weekly individual instrumental lessons, ensemble and theory classes tuition free. The Mozart Academy is the only school providing individual tuition free lessons to beginners of college age and children age 3 who would otherwise miss the opportunity due to lack of access and the cost.
The Mozart Academy is grateful to the Shelley and Donald Rubin Foundation for the development and support of this website.
